Important dates

Form I: Application
With Form I schools can register an interest in attending the IMZMUN 2024 and indicate the number of Delegates and MUN Directors that they would like to send. 

 

  • April 15th, 2024: Form I closes and registered schools will be notified.

  • May 1st, 2024: The registration payment of CHF250 must have reached us. This payment will be deducted from the final invoice of the participation fee.

  • May 30th, 2024: Form II & Form III open​.

 

Form II: Delegation registration
With Form II the MUN Director will submit the details of the students and chaperones participating.

 

Form III: Delegate registration
In Form III, Delegates themselves can indicate their preferred Member States and whether they want to represent a Member State by themselves or together with a fellow Delegate.

  • August 20th, 2024: The remainder of the participation fee has to have reached us.

  • September 20th, 2024: Forms II & III close.

​

  • October 25th, 2024 at 13:00: Shuttle bus from Zurich City to Zugerberg

  • October 25th, 2024 at 15:00: Opening ceremony begins

  • October 27th, 2024 at 12:00: Closing ceremony ends.

  • October 27th, 2024 at 13:05: Shuttle bus from Zugerberg to Zurich City departs
