Form I: Application
With Form I schools can register an interest in attending the Montana MUN 2026 Conference and indicate the number of Delegates and MUN Directors that they would like to send. 

 

• April 15th, 2026: Form I closes and registered schools will be notified.

• May 1st, 2026: The registration payment of CHF250 must have reached us. This payment will be deducted from the final invoice of the participation fee.

• May 31st, 2026: Form II & Form III open​.

 

Form II: Delegation registration
With Form II the MUN Director will submit the details of the students and chaperones participating.

 

Form III: Delegate registration
In Form III, Delegates themselves can indicate their preferred Member States and whether they want to represent a Member State by themselves or together with a fellow Delegate.

• August 20th, 2026: The remainder of the participation fee has to have reached us.

• September 20th, 2026: Forms II & III close.
